Whole Wheat Carrot Cake

Things to remember:
- You can add ginger powder and nutmeg if you want to, they are not mandatory. However, all the traditional cakes include both of these items.
- For better taste and ease in cooking, you should use powdered sugar. In case you don’t have at home, you can easily make it yourself. For making powdered sugar, take the sugar you have and put it in a blender jar and beat it until it becomes a powder. Use it for purpose.
Let’s come to the procedure and steps to prepare the carrot cake.
Step 1: Add milk and white vinegar in a bowl and mix properly. Leave the mixture for five to ten minutes. Probably the milk gets curdled, if not heat the milk for two to three minutes and then add the white vinegar, it will be curdled.
