  • 8 cold large eggs
  • 16 tbsp unsalted butter in 16 pieces
  • 450 gm semisweet, dark chocolate coarsely chopped

Recipe/Instructions

  • Place the oven rack to the lower-centre position and heat the stove to 325 degrees F.
  • Line the base of an 8-inch container/pan with waxed paper or parchment paper and oil the sides of the dish. (Make sure to oil the sides really well!)
