Method:
- In a large bowl, sieve all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and sugar.
- Now, add baking powder, baking soda, a pinch of salt into the dry ingredients. To the ingredients, pour milk, vanilla essence and combine until mixed well.
- Make sure to get the right consistency. The batter should be lump-free and should not be too watery or thick.
- Oil the cake tin and line it with parchment paper. You can also grease the pan with butter and all-purpose flour.
- On a medium flame, put a heavy base circular, deep cooking pot (Kadai) or a non-stick pan, whichever is available. Pour water into the utensil, place a cooking stand, and put the cake tin over it.
- Cover the utensil with a lid.
- Cook it for 30-45 minutes.
- Take a toothpick test.
Chocolate Frosting Preparation
- Melt chocolate in a boiler over a gentle heat
- In another pan, heat the cream
- When the cream is warm, pour melted chocolate into the cream and combine well.
Finishing Touch
- Let the cake cool down before you start frosting it.
- Spread the chocolate frosting evenly on the cake
- Dust cocoa powder

- 250g Bourbon biscuits
- 75 g melted salted butter
Method:
- Oil the cake tin lightly and line it with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together cheese, vanilla extract, eggs, Nutella, and 50 g of sugar until smooth
- In another bowl, beat another 50 g sugar, egg whites until glossy and thick.
- Now, fold this batter into the soft cheese mixture, whisk the whipping cream until thick and pour into the batter.
- Tip the hazelnut into the cake tin base and spread evenly. Scrape the cheese filling on the top, spread to flatten the top, and freeze it
- Freeze until solid.
- Crush the bourbon biscuits into crumbs with a rolling pin. Add melted butter to it and prepare a base.
- Scatter the bourbon biscuit base over, compress to compact the cheesecake, and freeze again.
- Remove the cheesecake from the freezer 10-15 minutes before serving. Invert the cake and peel off the parchment paper, cut, and serve.
